How accurate is this estimate?
It's a close ballpark, typically within ₹0.30: ₹0.80 per piece of the final quote. Final pricing depends on artwork complexity (number of colours, fine detail), custom finishing, fold style, and shipping address. Send your artwork on WhatsApp for the precise quote.
Why is the actual quote sometimes different?
A few factors the calculator can't see: for example, very fine line-art needs higher thread density (slightly more), simple 1-colour logos at high quantity get bulk discounts (slightly less), custom die-cut shapes and special finishes (gold thread, holographic, PVC) carry their own surcharges.
Are taxes & shipping included?
No. The estimate is the manufacturing cost only. GST (5%) and shipping (₹150 to ₹350 pan-India, depending on weight) are added in the final invoice for Indian orders. We're GST-registered: you'll get a proper GST invoice for every order. For export orders, international freight is quoted by destination.
What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 1,000 pieces per design. Per-piece price drops as quantity rises (the calculator reflects this across the volume tiers).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We produce in Ahmedabad and ship worldwide by international courier. The USD / EUR / GBP / AUD / CAD / AED options convert the manufacturing estimate at an indicative exchange rate; international freight and any import duties in your country are quoted separately with your final quote. Tell us the destination country when you send your artwork.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes: we share a free digital sample preview on WhatsApp before production. For physical samples (mailed swatches), we charge ₹250 per sample, refundable on your first order.
