Case Study · Hotels & Hospitality

Same shade, every restock. Forever.

A 28-room boutique hotel in Goa had been re-ordering linen labels every 8 months from a different supplier each time. Result: four slightly different teals across their towels, robes and bedlinen, guests noticed.

The Challenge

The challenge

Industrial laundry uses bleach + 90°C wash, labels disintegrate. Brand teal needed an exact thread match (the hotel's signature shade). And the GM wanted a standing restock slot: every 6 months, same spec, no re-pitching.

The Solution

What we did

Built a damask weave on industrial-grade base for bleach + heat resistance. Tuned the teal across 4 sample rounds (Pantone match). Locked the recipe to the property's account so every future restock pulls the exact same spec.

Identical across every restock.

The Result

The result

Two restocks in, zero shade drift. The hotel's group expanded to a second property: labels for the new build pulled from the same recipe. Onboarding time: 0.

"Four restocks, four different teals. We were ready to give up on consistent branding. They locked the colour and we haven't talked about it since."
